Course Overview: This is an intermediate-level course designed for graduates and junior construction professionals. The objective of this course is to provide candidates with the knowledge, skills and core competencies needed for quantity surveying and cost estimation. In this course, we will cover the technical training around the key principles of quantification, pricing, tendering, and estimating. The course will also provide candidates with an understanding of procurement options, construction contracts and financial provisions.

Prerequisites: Basic computer skills are required. Knowledge of CAD software is an added value.
